Emmanuel Nandokha Toyota has built a name for itself in Africa(Kenya especially) and many owners consider them superior to other consumer models.This buyers and owners are not fazed by the negative publicity public relations blunders and possible mechanical issues that have not occurred.
Toyota will therefore continue to rule the market in kenya until some other automaker attains the cult status of its brand
sitati Every brand will run into a challenge. Toyota has operated without any major brand hitch so far and now it has finally ran into one, a major one. For it to come out of the woods (no pun intended)Toyota can rely on the goodwill it has built so far and address the issues head on. Toyota is a strong brand, strong enough to weather this and even a more powerful storm.
Tot Public relaions and Branding are joined in the hip, they are mutually exclusive. Toyota indifference to its recall has damaged its brand image globally.With more recall on the way, how can Toyota rebuild its' brand ?
